THIS IS ME NOW…
I am Sarah. A momma to our toddler, Tommy and few month old, David. A wife to my Safari Studd Kyle Branch. We live our life on the go at the moment. Most of the time in tents on the banks of the Lower Zambezi River in Zambia, a lot of the time in the load shedding, water lacking metropolis of Lusaka, Zambia and South Africa. Through it all we have had many hard times, great times, times of much and times of little, times helping others and times in need of help ourselves. I have been humbled, lifted up, brought back down again. Shouting with praise and shouting in desperation and with it all my faith has exploded and my heart has been set on fire for Christ! I have grown to totally love our unusual life out here!
I was an Interior Architect in Cape Town, working on Luxury developments (See www.keanandl.com and my blog for more on my journey with my design company in Zambia). I fell in love with my bush boy and moved to the middle of nowhere in Zambia and I mean WILD wild Africa, to see what I mean, do yourselves a favor go check out Classic Zambia- there is a reason guests don’t bring kids out here. This is Kyles’ company shared with other directors. We spend much of our time together in this beautiful spot.
I will be sharing in more detail, the ups and downs we have had whilst trying to navigate a family life through all this and how the Lord has specifically directed us in order to do so- who knows where we would have been without him!
